Novara Compositi Srl was established in 1999 after several years of experience in the aeronautics and automotive sectors. The Novara Compositi Srl Company has evolved following logical principles:

The company is particularly specialized in the field of Competition Cars with the construction of carbon parts, modifications and all kinds of maintenance and repairs carried out by manual rolling and subsequent curing (autoclaving) process. Over the years he has made numerous repairs and supplied various equipment to private teams and pilots (carbon awnings, time tables, car box islands, towel dryers). This collaboration has allowed the company to develop new technical solutions.

The company is also equipped with a 5-axis machining center for the production of models and molds. In this way it is possible to follow the client in the development of the requested product:

• Design, processing and modification of three-dimensional elements via CAD

• Preparation and optimization of 3, 4 and 5 axis toolpaths using CAM

• Continuous 5-axis CNC machining able to create finished molds and models without the need for special retouching or subsequent interventions

• Rapid prototyping service through a 3D printer with 400 x 400 x 500 mm printing volume

• Technical support in every single operational phase

• After-sales assistance with the possibility of maintenance and modifications of products already made

In addition to Carbon, the Company mainly uses materials such as Kevlar, VTR (Fiberglass) and derivatives. On CNC we produce products, molds and models in epoxy or polyurethane resin, wood components (MDF, synthetic, multilayer, etc.) and mills and cutting of carbon plates are made. Other materials such as polystyrene, plastics, etc. can be processed. of any size, from smaller objects (eg key rings) to larger ones (eg stands for stands and fairs). This is thanks to the strokes of the 5-axis milling machine, capable of machining workpieces up to 3000 mm in length (X), 1500 mm in width (Y) and 1200 mm in height (Z). Larger objects can be made in several parts and then subsequently assembled.
